Jeff True – President / Head Sales & Estimating

Jeff has 30 years of experience in the aluminum window industry. He started in the industry working as an installer and later joined True Enterprises, Inc. as an estimator and field service person. Jeff now uses his field experience to help find innovative solutions to today’s design challenges. Jeff’s responsibilities include architect support, estimating, CAD details, shop drawings, specification development and field-testing. Jeff is also in charge of delivering C.E.U. presentations to architectural firms, specification writers and glass, and glazing sub-contractors. Away from the office, Jeff is very active in the local 85 member volunteer fire department where he was the Chief of the department for four years. This department is responsible for the safety of over ten thousand citizens during the winter months and over thirty thousand during the summer months.

Bill True – Founder (Retired)

Bill True, founder of True Enterprises, dedicated over 50 years to the architectural aluminum, glass, and glazing industry in the Northeast. Over the course of his career, he served as a head estimator, marketing manager, regional sales manager, and project manager for large curtain wall and storefront projects, all of which prepared him for his role as an independent sales representative. Since establishing True Enterprises in 1984, Bill represented major aluminum window, insulated glass, and insulated panel manufacturers, bringing unique insight from both the supplier and subcontractor perspectives. Though now retired, Bill’s legacy continues as the foundation of the company. Beyond his professional achievements, Bill has been an active member of CSI and numerous civic organizations. He now enjoys photography—especially action shots—and cherishes time spent watching his grandchildren grow.
